WELCOME to red rock fitness!

I began my fitness journey in 2010 with at-home bodyweight workout videos — a modest beginner’s start to what I am now excited to call my career, and I continue to learn, improve, and enjoy the journey every day.

I know from my own life and body the difference that fitness and nutrition can make in how you look, feel, and move. The transformations I have seen and felt for myself are all achievable for others, too. I created Red Rock Fitness in order to deliver these tools to as many people as possible — to clear away the fog of misinformation and teach quality exercise and nutrition strategies to all my clients. I am ready to share my experience and knowledge with all who are curious about movement, nutrition, and functional health.

I received my Personal Training Certification from the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) in 2019, and started Red Rock in 2020. I am also a NASM-Certified Nutrition Coach and Corrective Exercise Specialist. I have competed in Powerlifting, winning my weight class in the 2020 drug-tested Natty in the ‘Nati.

I’m proud to serve the Greater Cincinnati and West Chester/Mason/Loveland/Milford areas, and to offer sessions out of World Gym Cincinnati and Raw Performance.
